Week 6 Day 3

Okay, there's a gap in my reporting.  Also a gap in my plan.  Last week was hectic with my buildup to Mother's Day, so I barely had time to breathe.  Okay, so that's just an excuse.  I did weigh myself on Friday:  127 lbs.

Not too bad, considering.  Anyway, got back to it today, so Happy Mother's Day everybody!

MOVE MORE

Played nine holes of golf with a cart yesterday, walked Daisy for 15 minutes last night, and just finished 60 minutes on the Wii.

EAT LESS

This one didn't go as well; I can't think of one time all week that I made a positive choice.  Oh well, let's see if I can do better this week.
